The servo position control module of sawing machine system adopts the position control combining sampling interpolation and preview control (the specific control is omitted), which determines the position of closing the feeding cylinder, so that the feeding cylinder just reaches the target position when it stops.

Characteristic

Due to the hysteresis and inertia of electromagnetic machinery, it is almost impossible to control the movement of the feed slide by 0.1 mm through "on" and "off". In order to ensure the minimum feeding length and feeding accuracy, the rear clamp makes the feeding slide back to LK position, then moves forward to the predicted position LT, and closes the feeding solenoid valve. When the feeding cylinder movement stops, the rear clamp is clamped.

The base is a box structure welded by steel plate. The bed and column are fixed on it. There is a large space in the inner cavity of the base. The front left side is the electric button control box, the right side is the electric distribution board box, and the middle is the hydraulic oil tank welded by steel plate. The cavity is equipped with hydraulic pump station, hydraulic pipeline, and the right side is the cooling cutting fluid tank and water pump
