Main components and features:
At present, the bubble cover packaging machine produced by our company has made the following improvements:
(1)The distance between guide posts of lifting mechanism is increased from 110 to 300, so that the stability of thermal bonding is improved obviously;
(2)The moving of the plastic absorbing mechanism and the heat sealing mechanism are all driven by screw rod, so it is more convenient to change and adjust the mould.
(3)The fixing mode of the longitudinal cutter is improved to avoid the oscillation of the longitudinal cutter during working, which leads to bad cutting edge.
(4)Paper, film brake mechanism with canvas brake structure, so that the paper, film more stable.
