Introduction
Water jet technology is the ordinary water through the ultra-high pressure supercharger, the pressure increased to 100000PSI. Water arrows are then formed through a tiny gem nozzle hole. There are two types of water jet cutting: pure water cutting and abrasive cutting.

A.Body and Drive
⭕A cutting head holder vertically driven on the (Z - axis) by Acme screw. The Z - axis unit driven along the beam (Y - axis) also by ball screw (rotary nut which guarantee high rigidity & speed). ⭕3 axes including Z controlled by an accurate AC digital servo motor which means maintenance free, better life time and high performance ⭕Additional grill to catch small cut objects that fall through the main layer。
D.The abrasive tank and Feeder
⭕Abrasive tank capacity (approx. 200 liters); ⭕Automatic abrasive transfer; ⭕Two level sensors; one sensor to ensure there is enough abrasive in the lower tank the other sensor to warn the operator to refill the upper tank; ⭕Reduces abrasive waste. ⭕Saves plenty of abrasive p/yr (which is the most expansive consumable item).
