Laser cutting machine is to focus the laser emitted from the laser into a high power density laser beam through the optical system. The laser beam irradiates the surface of the workpiece to make the workpiece reach the melting point or boiling point. At the same time, the high-pressure gas coaxial with the beam blows away the molten or vaporized metal.
Application Fields:

as short as 0.1mm, which not only improves the cutting performance, but also reduces the gas consumption.
Mobile gantry structure machine base
Machine base: frame structure welded with high quality pipe, professional welding, secondary aging treatment, precision machining of large gantry milling machine. These design and processing methods ensure the machine has excellent shock resistance, high rigidity and stability.
The guide rail is equipped with a dust cover to prevent dust and debris from falling into the guide rail to affect the movement, keeping clean and smooth movement. The stainless-steel plate is installed at the connection between the dust cover and the beam to prevent the spark cover from being quickly damaged and burning.

(1) Printing method: make the cutting head move from top to bottom, and print laser beam on plastic plate, and the minimum printing diameter is the focus. | ||||||||
(2) Oblique plate method: use plastic plate which is inclined to the vertical axis to pull horizontally, and find the minimum position of laser beam as the focus. | ||||||||
(3) Blue spark method: remove nozzle, blow air, hit pulse laser on stainless steel plate, make cutting head move from top to bottom, until the maximum blue spark is the focus. | ||||||||
