CNC Vertical Machine Center
The bed, table, saddle, column, headstock and other main parts are made of high-strength inoculated cast iron material. The molding is resin sand process, and the stress is eliminated by twice aging treatment. These large parts are optimized by 3D Design Software Solidworks, which improves the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, and effectively suppresses the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.
CNC lathe is composed of CNC device, bed, headstock, turret feed system, tailstock, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system, chip conveyor, etc.
